Having a great March tour

Well we are getting near the end of our March tour and it has been really amazing. We have played some beautiful theatres both old and new. Some beautiful historic theatres as well as new state of the art venues. Next stop is Gainesville, FL on the 21st for a one night special event at an intimate comedy club setting. I tour with the great comedian juggler Fred Anderson who has a similar background as mine, in that we both started and learned a great deal on the comedy club circuit. In fact we met at a comedy club in Sacramento over 12 years ago. So whenever we get an opportunity to perform for a comedy club crowd we both really love it! So much fun to interact with the audience….

Bought a new antique dummy today

I am in Cartersville, GA. visiting an old friend of mine I grew up with as we have a couple of days down on the road. He took me to the local magic shop in town and we met Al the owner of Pranksters magic and supply shop! He was a super nice guy to talk with and as we left with a few items I asked if he had any old ventriloquist dummies. He smiled and said come this way! My anticipation was building as he grabbed and old suitcase and started to open it. There in the box was a very nice old wood carved ventriloquist dummy. I asked how much and minutes later he had a new home and a voice. I am always excited to add dummies to my collection.

Half way through our March tour

We are now half way through our March tour. So far we have met some really great people and have had a lot of fun shows. If you are in Macon, GA or near by come say hello on Saturday we are at the Cox Capital Theatre.

Here is a video clip of us heading to our last venue in style… wish they would all be like this especially since I live in Los Angeles this is the way to beat the traffic!

Flew into Chicago yesterday for a fun corporate show. It has been a while since I was here so it was nice to be able to see the city briefly.

March tour off to a great start!

First stop on our March tour was Alamogordo, NM at the Flickinger Performing Arts Theatre. Everyone there was so great and helpful. This is a really beautiful historic theatre. We did two shows, one afternoon children’s show and a family evening show. Both shows were great! We even made the front page of the newspaper! I am off to Chicago now for a corporate show and then I meet up with the truck and crew in a couple days to head into FL for a few more shows. Spending time with my kids before I head out on the road again

Just got back from Detroit and Portland and got to spend some time with the family today. I went with two of my daughters to the Mr. Lorax premiere today, we had a lot of fun. I head back out on the road soon, hope to you see you all at the shows…
